    Our company is passionate about our designer
    and founders creative, orginalunique designs,
    tailored around her seasonal inspirations. Any
    work, related to prints, designs, patterns, theme
    or creation is copyrighted and all brand markings
    are trademarked.

    Any attempts to pose threat to our company, will
    be reported to our legal staff.

    We kindly request that you embrace our talents, and use our brand as inpsiration and not re-create any of our designs, themes, patterns or creations without our consent.

    Yana K Policy- for whole sale buyers
    1. All sales are final.
    2. Merchandise may be exchanged within five (5) days of purchased with receipt in the event that product is damaged or defective.
    3. Buyer agreed to provide a payment to Yana K for the total amount of the Yana K open invoice before product is shipped.
